
Associate Civil Engineer - Transport Infrastructure

Your passion, design and problem-solving mindset will be matched with a desire to work on meaningful and significant projects in a multidisciplinary business. You will also:
- Be a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng or equivalent) in Civil Engineering with a strong track record of delivering multi-disciplinary land transport infrastructure projects
- Have experience in leading projects and interacting with clients in land transport infrastructure projects
- Have a broad civil engineering 'generalist' skillset - with significant experience working on the planning, design and construction phase support of a variety of different types of projects. You will have experience in various civil sub-disciplines including stormwater design, three-waters, utilities, earthworks modelling and site grading, geometric design, pavements, construction monitoring and contract administration. You will be familiar with relevant local standards, consenting and regulatory approval processes for infrastructure projects.
- Have experience using civil design and modelling packages such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Open Roads Designer, or 12D. You may not be 'on the tools' anymore, but previous working knowledge of these packages will be critical to your role.
- Bring a 'can do' attitude and enjoy working collaboratively in teams.
- Be passionate about developing yourself, learning from others and supporting the development of our junior team members. Previous people management experience will be advantageous in the role.
