- Own and enhance the relationship with a key strategic partner.
- Taking into consideration the Woolworths strategy, develop and implement a robust plan (derived from company strategic plan and tactical market/category plans) to deliver agreed growth targets.
- Provide accurate forecasting to ensure business is aware of account expectation, with ability to deliver on account growth strategy.
- Measure portfolio business drivers weekly acting with urgency on issues and building opportunities into forward plans.
- Identifying customer specific growth opportunities that are aligned with commercial strategy
- Partnering with Woolworths on private label opportunities and managing process with internal stakeholders
- Effective leadership and development of your team to ensure they have the right skills and capabilities to do their job effectively, enabling a high performing team.
- Ensures delivery of sales plan by working collaboratively with internal teams - Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Supply & others
- At least 5+ years' experience in sales management roles
- Strong team leadership skills
- Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline e.g., business management.
- Ability to lead cross-functionally.
- Strong Trade Negotiation skills
- Takes ownership and proactively seeks resolutions to any issues.
