In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day building and workplace facilities support, fleet vehicle support, and facilities security and health & safety services—contributing to the smooth running of our organisation and the delivery of great outcomes for Aotearoa.Key responsibilities include:Maintaining a high standard of core building and office facilitiesCompleting workplace requests, and provide first level site support including digital supportSupporting site health and safety, including site inductions and orientationsSupporting our office security procedures and processesSupporting day to day fleet managementProviding professional visitor management servicesContribute to continuous business process improvementYou will find out more about the role here:We are seeking to appoint at a salary between $65,278 - $75,585 of the band, commensurate with skills and experience.Ko koe tēnei | About youTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Experience in a similar role and strong customer service skillsA clean NZ driver license and confidence with driving a range of passenger vehiclesExcellent communication, and strong Microsoft Office and computer skills with technical problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritise, and thrive in a fast paced environmentA proactive, solutions-focused mindset and attention to detailAbility to work well in a team and take accountability for self-developmentYou will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public service.Mō mātou | About usYou’ll be part of the Te Ama – Commercial and Corporate group, which provides essential business planning, financial, legal, and corporate services to support NZTA Waka Kotahi’s performance.
