This role requires someone who is a whizz at multitasking, is proficient in Microsoft tools, quick to learn, and can spot an opportunity to add value. You'll be responsible for managing purchasing, financial tracking, and project reporting, as well as leading the development of business cases and change requests.You will also need to be able to manage the licensing agreements and renewals for the key tools used within the group.While technical skills aren't a requirement for this role, having an interest in technology, or a willingness to learn would be a great fit with our team culture.You will have a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in whatever is needed. This is an operationally focused group so you will need to be able switch priorities and focus quickly.Key Accountabilities:
  • Previous Project Coordination experience.
  • Be responsible for maintaining licensing agreements of key tools within the group.
  • Proven experience in an administration role in a complex environment.
  • Be able to organise travel and events.
