This business is a subsidiary of a well known MNC. They have various businesses and complex reporting standards. Due to internal mobility, they require an up-and-coming finance manager to take on a broad and multi-dimensional role.The Role
The role will provide exposure across the entire finance function/business unit. Some of the key things you will be responsible for, include:
- Month-end reporting
- Financial statement preparation
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Operational business partnering
- Analysis, insights and commentaries on company performance, as well as recommendations for improvement
- Oversight and review of internal controls
- Audit management
- Team leadership
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
- CA/CPA qualification
- At least 3 years' worth of NZ experience
- A strong foundation in financial reporting
- An ability to zoom in and zoom out to really understand what is making the business tick
- An excellent attitude and genuine commitment and passion to your work
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially to senior executives
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
