Health NZ provides over 3 million radiology and cardiology diagnostic interventions annually. You will work as part of a wider team delivering the organisation's planned care programme of work to improve service delivery across Health NZ. You will be responsible for nationwide delivery leadership, enabling regional leaders at the executive, senior clinician and senior management level to ensure services are in place, digital, workforce, and analytical programmes support delivery. You will be engaging both the private and public sector provision to achieve success.About youYou will bring a proven track record in leading and delivering complex, large-scale programmes in the health sector. You are highly collaborative, solutions-focused, and thrive in fast-paced environments, working with others to integrate and enable change. You bring experience in implementing programmes alongside internal and external partners to embed change.
