
Remediation Lead

- Leading investigations into systemic product or process issues that have impacted customers.
- Scoping, analysing, and validating data to identify affected policyholders.
- Working with Legal, Risk, Conduct, Product, and Technology teams to define remediation outcomes.
- Drafting clear recommendations and supporting the comms and delivery teams through execution.
- Managing multiple incidents concurrently within a supportive squad model.
- Proven experience in remediation, regulatory response or conduct-related projects.
- Strong background in business analysis, especially within insurance or financial services.
- Familiarity with life insurance products (or similar complexity) is highly desirable.
- Advanced Excel and confident SQL capability – this is a technical, data-heavy role.
- Able to hit the ground running, manage ambiguity and drive work forward at pace.
- Clear communicator who can distil complex issues into actionable insights.
- Work on critical, high-priority issues that matter, with real customer impact.
