Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the roleTe Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Kaiwhakahaere - Manager, Student Leadership Programmes who will contribute to shaping the future of student development at the University. This permanent, full-time role sits within Te Pūrengi - Student Experience and Wellbeing, alongside passionate student services teams dedicated to student success.Key responsibilities:
Leading the design, delivery and evaluation of the Kitea Impact Programme (Our flagship co-curricular programme that fosters leadership, global citizenship, community engagement, personal growth, and sustainability among students).
Cultivating strong relationships and collaborating with a wide range of partners, including University colleagues and students, the diplomatic community, global experiential organisations, and voluntary and community groups.
