  • Category Plan Leadership & Execution: Lead the comprehensive implementation of category plans for the New Zealand market, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging ANZ Business Development partnerships to drive significant business growth and profitability.
  • Strategic Retailer Engagement: Cultivate and strengthen high-value strategic partnerships with key retailers, leveraging your advanced category expertise to drive mutual growth objectives and enhance market presence.
  • Performance Optimisation & Analytics: Drive continuous category performance optimisation through analysis, proactively identifying growth opportunities and strategically adapting plans to achieve and exceed business objectives.
  • Brand Activation Oversight: Oversee the robust and effective execution of brand activation strategies within the New Zealand market, ensuring seamless alignment with broader marketing initiatives and maximising local relevance and impact.
  • Assortment Strategy & Optimization: Lead the strategic development and ongoing optimisation of channel-specific assortment strategies, ensuring product offerings are aligned with market demand and maximise sales potential.
  • Pricing & Promotional Excellence: Direct the development and implementation of competitive pricing and impactful promotional strategies, taking guidance from Australian learnings and leveraging deep market understanding and analytical rigor to drive commercial effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Supply Chain Synergy: Ensure seamless operational alignment and collaboration with supply chain partners, optimising stock availability and forecasting to fully support in-market activation timelines and performance.
  • In-Store Execution Leadership: Champion and ensure executional excellence across all in-store activation touchpoints (e.g., POS, GWPs, POG, visual merchandising), setting the standard for premium brand presence and consumer engagement in New Zealand.
  • NPD Performance & Evaluation: Drive the in-market success of NPD through rigorous performance tracking and comprehensive post-evaluation, ensuring insights inform future strategies.
  • Budget & ROI Management: Management of the budget and maximise the return on investment for all New Zealand-specific trade marketing activities, ensuring financial efficiency and effective resource allocation.
