This is a role for a Quantity Surveyor who loves working end to end and being hands-on across multiple projects, enjoys the energy of fast-paced work, and values the support of strong mentoring.About the Role:You'll be responsible for full-spectrum Estimating & Quantity Surveying, including:

Estimating and tendering new work
Procurement and subcontractor letting
Cost management and financial reporting
Contract administration (NZS3910)
Working closely with Project Managers on value engineering, risks, and cost control

What We're Looking For:

Over 3 years of Quantity Surveying experience
NZ construction experience
Good working knowledge of NZS3910
Qualifications in Quantity Surveying
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A driven, solutions-focused mindset
