Job Category: ProcessingJob Description:Our Silver Fern Farms processing site in Te Aroha employs 500+ Team Members at the height of the season, contributing significantly to employment in our local community. We're now accepting applications for our 2026 season.If you're looking to start earning and learning your way to a bright future, we have both short-term and long-term positions on offer. Our sites offer a wide range of opportunities - from entry-level roles that require no prior experience, to pathways for career growth in areas like quality control, health and safety, leadership, and beyond.Te mahi, our working arrangements:

Complete your on-the-job training and earn a minimum of $28.82/hr plus extras.
Usually, 40 hours per week during peak production season, plus overtime opportunities.
Minimum $43/hr production overtime rate.
Short-term and long-term seasonal positions available
All work clothing and safety gear is provided.

Te tikanga, the job requirements:

No experience? No problem, we provide all the training you need.
You're an active team member who attends work daily, can work closely with others, and brings a positive, hardworking attitude.
Able to understand and follow health and safety, quality, and technical compliance requirements.
Eligible to work in New Zealand.
Must be 18 years or older to meet audit requirements.
Able to pass our pre-employment medical checks, criminal convictions check, and physical fitness requirements.
