
Credit Solutions Team Leader

- Lead payment support strategies, including tailored payment plans and referrals to support services.
- Proactively engage with at-risk customers, prioritising solutions that maintain electricity supply.
- Oversee credit collection activity, including debt referrals, write-offs, sales, and reporting.
- Lead and develop the Manaaki Kenehi team, supporting vulnerable and medically dependent customers.
- Partner with internal teams and manage third-party providers to ensure compliance, KPI delivery, and a customer-first approach.
- 3+ years' leadership experience in customer-centric environments.
- Proven success leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience optimising processes for efficiency, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to navigate sensitive customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
