We are a private company that contracts to a number of Councils around NZ. PBC undertakes the consent processing and inspections associated with residential building projects. Our clients include architects, councils, builders' developers and renovators.We have an opportunity for an energetic and cheerful Receptionist to join our team at Highbrook Crossing. This is a diverse role that will keep you on your toes, embracing both customer service at a close contact perspective via phone, email and social media.You will support our team with whatever they may need, you will be our first point of contact for our customers, arranging building inspectors and meeting and greeting customers while following through with their requirements. We need for you to hold a Class 1 License and be able to drive a car as picking up the mail and running some errands is a regular occurrence.Our goal is to consistently deliver an honest and deliberate customer experience so service and all it implies comes naturally to you. You are an exceptional communicator, driven to provide an exceptionally personalised service to our clients. You have strong administration experience, love liaising with customers and delivering a memorable experience.You are technology savvy, warm and engaging and most of all you show a passion for excellence in administration and customer service.On top of the extensive growth opportunities, we have on offer a competitive salary, team rewards scheme and friendly and sociable team who all muck-in together.
