We're on the lookout for a driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the building or construction sector who enjoys working with trades, site managers, and decision-makers to deliver smart product solutions.You'll take charge of growing our client base across residential and commercial construction projects, focusing on sales, service, and long-term relationships.Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, project managers, and developers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and building supply market
  • Manage quoting, sales forecasting, and pipeline development
  • Provide product advice and solutions on-site or at planning stage
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support
  • Stay across industry trends, construction timelines, and competitor activity
What We're Looking For
  • Solid experience in sales, business development, or account management - ideally in construction, trades, or building supply
  • Knowledge of construction processes or building materials (e.g. joinery, fixings, hardware, or tools)
  • Comfortable speaking with everyone from site foremen to commercial clients
  • Confident in managing projects, juggling priorities, and following up leads
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with strong relationship skills
  • A team player with a professional, solutions-focused mindset
