Lead curriculum design, planning, and reflective practice
Foster warm, respectful relationships with tamariki, whānau, and your team
Support and mentor Kaiako, growing capability and confidence
Ensure high standards of health, safety, and care are met daily
Champion your room's vision and values while aligning with BestStart's philosophy

What You'll Bring:

A Level 7 ECE or Primary teaching qualification and full certification
Experience leading or mentoring a team (or the readiness to step up)
A heart-led, collaborative approach to leadership
