
Service Desk Analyst

- Provide technical support across desktop hardware, software, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Act as the first point of contact for technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software faults within defined service desk time-frames.
- Deliver high-level system availability and customer satisfaction through effective problem diagnosis and resolution.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain a wide range of hardware including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, mobile devices, and AV equipment.
- Install and maintain software including Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, security tools, and business applications.
- 2-day shifts - 6am to 6pm
- 2-night shifts - 6pm to 6am
- Strong communication skills with a customer centric approach
- 2 - 3 years' experience in a Service Desk role or similar
- Familiar with ITIL best practices
- Thrive in environments where no two days are the same
