- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team in a residential setting.
- Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for young wāhine.
- Maintain service quality and meet all contractual and clinical standards.
- Build strong relationships with whānau and partner services.
- Support team development and foster reflective, trauma-informed practice.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, and budgets.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams in youth services or trauma-informed environments.
- A relevant Level 7+ tertiary qualification in Nursing, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Full registration and a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC) under the HPCA Act 2003, (e.g., Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, AOD Clinician).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A full, clean NZ driver's licence.
- Salary range: $79,345.05 - $89,460.20 (depending on experience).
