- Manage and deliver the registered training program.
- Maintain and improve training materials.
- Keep personal development and training plans up to date for all trainees.
- Deliver training in other areas of the business, including sales and administration.
- Provide operational support for field-based applications.
- At least 3 years of experience in training and assessing against internal and external standards.
- High level of interpersonal and computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- A New Zealand Certificate in Adult and Tertiary Teaching (Level 4).
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial pest management service delivery.
- Experience in the pest control industry.
- Proficiency with Google Apps, Samsung, and Android systems, with at least 2 years of experience.
- A background in professional development and providing accredited training.
- Specific certifications like a Certificate III in Urban Pest Management (CPP30119) or a New Zealand Certificate in Pest Operations (Level 3).
