E tῡ ki te kei o te waka, kia pakia koe e ngā ngaru o te wā.Stand at the stern of the canoe and feel the spray of the future biting at your faceMō te tūnga | About the roleAs an Whāngaia Ngā Pā Harakeke/Integrated Safety Response Administrator, you will be responsible for attending and providing administration support at the multi-agency Safety Assessment Meetings and Intensive Case Management Meetings.Key Accountabilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Police Family Harm Team.
  • Schedule and provide accurate lists and information to the partner agencies and Safety Assessment and Intensive Case Management Meetings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of multi-agency family harm data into the Case Management System at Safety Assessment and Intensive Case Management Meetings.
  • Add information to the case management system as it is provided.
  • Record and update cases as appropriate as a case progresses.
