Our Onehunga warehouse is seeking the first point of contact for customers. This office-based role blends internal sales, customer service, and light warehouse duties in a friendly, supportive environment with regular weekday hours.What You’ll Do:
  • Handle inbound calls and emails professionally
  • Prepare quotes and process orders accurately
  • Follow up with customers and support sales activities
  • Assist with stock, inventory, and light warehouse tasks
  • Support loading/unloading and general branch operations
Requirements
  • Flexible to support both office and warehouse tasks
  • Experience in internal sales, customer service, or trade/distribution
  • Professional, friendly approach on phone and in person
  • Organised, accurate, and able to work under pressure
  • Solid computer skills
  • Full Class 1 driver licence
  • Forklift licence an advantage
