• Expertly cut, trim and prepare a wide variety of meats to the highest standards
• Provide exceptional customer service by advising customers on the best cuts and preparation methods
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked butchery department
• Adhere to all food safety, health & safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist with the training and development of junior butchery staff
• Collaborate with the wider store team to ensure efficient operations

• Must be qualified or have 3 years of equivalent experience in butchery
• Reliable, honest and be a good team player
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Confidence & maturity to work unassisted at times
