Contract preparation and administration
Supporting value engineering and risk management
Progress claims, variations, and subcontractor payments
On-site measurements and cost reporting
Continually foster positive client and contractor relationships

What You Bring

5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience
Experience on commercial or industrial projects
Strong working knowledge of NZ construction contracts (e.g., NZS3910)
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction
