You'll provide high-level people-related advice, broker relationships between leadership priorities and enabling teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our tiered-service operating model.This is a unique opportunity to influence strategic workforce planning, uplift organisational capability, and help shape the future of policing in New Zealand.Key Accountabilities:

Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives aligned with Police's enterprise goals.
Provide expert advice on workforce planning, organisational development, and change leadership.
Champion continuous improvement across the People Group operating model.
Support initiatives that keep our people safe, well, and resilient.
Collaborate across business units to ensure people strategies reflect community needs and operational realities.
