Job DescriptionTe Haeata/The OpportunityWe are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Deputy Secretary Policy.This is a pivotal role that requires discretion, initiative, and exceptional relationship management skills.As Executive Assistant, you will:
  • Provide high-level executive support including diary management, travel coordination, email handling, and meeting preparation.
  • Manage sensitive correspondence and maintain effective office systems.
  • Support team meetings and contribute to group-wide initiatives.
  • Assist with document preparation and technical support across MS Office tools.
  • Foster strong internal and external relationships to ensure smooth operations.
You'll be a trusted pair of hands, helping the Deputy Secretary and their leadership team stay informed and focused on key priorities.
