If you're passionate about sustainability and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Finance Analyst to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong analytical background who enjoys working closely with sales and operations teams to drive business performance. You will play a key part in delivering insights on sales trends, margins, and profitability, helping shape strategic and tactical decisions across the organisation.Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse sales and financial performance data to highlight key trends, drivers, and opportunities
  • Support management accounting processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Partner with sales and commercial teams to provide insights that improve pricing, margins, and business growth
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and sales performance
  • Assist with monthly management reporting and commentary for leadership teams
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support commercial projects, new initiatives, and decision-making
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a finance, accounting, or analytical role
  • Strong Excel and financial analysis skills (SQL or other data tools a plus)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
  • Experience with ERP systems and/or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous
  • Actively working towards a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, CMA)
