Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the roleReporting to the Service Manager (Adult Mental Health Services), this position is fundamental to the cohesive and efficient running of the service delivery across the board.This opportunity has all the elements of an interesting, sometimes challenging, but overall rewarding role where no two days are alike - providing an opportunity to demonstrate your outstanding coordination skills, your ability to work autonomously and use your initiative.As the Service Administrator, you will be providing an efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service/organisation.Day to day responsibilities include:
  • organising meetings and agendas
  • taking minutes
  • coordinating complaints
  • processing expense claims and study requests
  • coordinating and processing reports
  • on boarding
  • general administration and support for the wider team.
