Supervise kitchen operations to ensure quality dishes.
Train and mentor kitchen staff for high standards.
Plan menus with management and manage budget.
Ensure food safety compliance.
Foster creativity while adhering to brand concept.
Collaborate with other departments for guest satisfaction.

QualificationsYour profile: 

Strong representativeness
Restaurateur at heart
Quality-oriented
Experience as manager is highly desirable
Good level of English
Hold valid working rights for New Zealand (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship)
