The service provides a 24/7 rostered support structure, including daytime and awake night shifts, offering a structured and nurturing environment focused on building independence and community connection.You will work in a small, collaborative team to support tangata whaiora to:Lead their own recovery journeys.Build community and whānau networks.Develop strengths and resilience.Achieve greater autonomy and life satisfaction.Become more physically active and engaged by encouraging participation in sports and community activities.Explore and learn about new technology, supporting clients who are keen to develop their tech skills.He Kōrero Mōu | About YouYou are an active, compassionate, and resilient person who enjoys being physically involved with clients, helping them be more outgoing and participate in sporting and recreational activities.
